Read any good books?

Matt and I are taking a much needed Mexico vacay next week and Reid is staying with his grandparents. So, having finished The Pillars of the Earth (LOVED it!!!), I'm in need of a great beach read! I've read the Shopaholic series, the Stephanie Plum books, so if there are any others that you love, please share the titles with me!! I absolutely love reading and I'm looking forward to doing a lot of it next week!

Pick-up Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson and someone else. Fabulous read about one man's stellar strength and tenacity to bomb terrorism with books!!!!!!!!!!

i'm reading NINETEEN MINUTES by Jodi Picoult right now...it's pretty good. i hadn't read any of her books before but last time i as at barnes and noble several of them looked good to me so i picked them up! also, if you love the good old murder mysteries (which i do!) i definitely suggest getting some James Patterson books. i've read everything he's ever written and they are so entertaining...serious page turners!

Loved that book! Just finished "A Thousand Splendid Suns" and it was great. Reading a book on microcredit right now- not fun beach reading. I'll send you an email- I have too many recommendations...

Thanks for the suggestions! Lots of choices! I've read the Francine Rivers book Redeeming Love and loved it!!! Also, you can't beat a good James Patterson! I've been wanting to try eat, pray, love and Nineteen Minutes, but I keep passing them up b/c I wasn't sure if I'd like them! Maybe I'll try those.

Jodi Picoult's My Sister's Keeper is the best book I've ever read. You've probably read it though. I'm reading The Memory keepers Daughter right now and it's good but not the most uplifting book ever. There is a movie out - The Other Boleyn Sister. Anyway I heard that's a great book. I found a great blog that recommends books...I'll try and find it and email ya before your trip. I am so jealous!!!!!!!
