Baby Dedication

"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6

We had Reid's Baby Dedication at Prestonwood Baptist Church on Saturday evening and it was such a special time. We have been in between churches, and so when the opportunity arose at Prestonwood to dedicate him, I was so glad that it was not too late. We have been visiting there for about a month now and really like it. We're hoping to become more involved now that Reid is a little bit older. It was so special to have our "support group" there: my parents, Matt's mom, my grandparents, my sisters, and our very good friends, the Wilson family. Thank you so much for being there as we dedicated ourselves to raising Reid following the Bible's principles.

*The pictures were taken from my old camera and not from my new favorite, the Nikon D40. I never realized what a difference it makes!*

Congratulations! Chris said he ran into you all on Saturday. I'm sorry I missed it. I'm glad you still made it despite the yucky weather. I'm having a c-section tomorrow but in a few weeks I hope to be back up and around and would love to see you all. I usually go to big church on Sat nights and then our Bible Fellowship class on Sunday at 11:00 (Chris teaches it). We'd love to have you join us sometime!
