Costumed Kiddos

Amy had playgroup at her house and we decided that we'd take a picture of the boys with their halloween costumes on. It was quite a scene! We took the picture in Amy's neighbor's yard - a sweet old lady who is sick (her best friend from HIGH SCHOOL comes over to help take care of her - which, is that not the sweetest story??- and she was over as well) - and they came out to watch and told us that it made their week! All us moms were singing a few songs to get the babies' attentions, which I'm sure hearing us sing was a scene in itself! Some of the songs of choice: Itsy Bitsy Spider and Bubbles Everywhere. That's why in the pictures the boys look like they're in a trance (ok, so maybe just Reid does, but he loved us singing)! Usually he's the first one to pop up after I try to make him sit still for a picture, but not this time. He was perfectly content just listening to the songs! They all looked so cute in their costumes! There were 2 puppies, a dragon, a cowboy, a monkey, a lion and even Elvis! My mom and I had fun getting Reid's costume this year - I ordered cowboy boots off Ebay, and then my mom and I went to Western Warehouse and got him real wranglers, a pearl snap shirt, and my favorite, a belt with big buckle! He's my favorite little buckaroo! Amy, thanks for yet another memorable photo shoot!

Elvis (Landon), Dragon (Sutton), Cowboy (Reid), Puppy (Tanner), Monkey (Porter), Lion (Chapman), Puppy (Hudson)

I love this picture because they are so over it!

Elvis had had enough and so he realized that he could do something about it - just walk off!

My sweet cowboy

He spots something...

one of his faves - a dried worm!

I'm your Huckaberry...

I love his little wrangler behind!

It's been a long day for this tired cowboy!

Fun! All those boys looked so super cute. Love the wrangler bootie! He is just too adorable. Miss Mags is going to be a cheerleader b/c it doesn't involve a hat or anything that would "bother" her! She was so over the pumpkin outfit- not gonna happen. (o: Terry
