Reid's Favorite Place in the House

Reid is constantly outside the pantry door, trying his hardest to turn the knob (so glad we don't have the pull-down kind - he's mastered those!), and crying out "nummy" - pretty much what he says to everything he wants! I've made the bottom shelf "his" shelf and he loves to have the door opened so he can just stare at all the goodies. Notice his companion who never leaves his side when there's food involved!

OMG, this is too funny! Ky does the SAME thing. Several months back she would disappear and I would find her with a whole bag of chips (they used to be stored on the bottom shelf...not anymore!). I am thinking Reid and Ky would have TOO much fun together finding stuff to do! ;)

That's Madeline's favorite place to play too (besides the bathroom, yuck!)...but I haven't rearranged like you did yet, so everytime I leave the door open accidentally I hear glass bottles clinking around and have to run in there to rescue stuff before it breaks :) I love the picture of Reid standing there like he's trying to pick out a treat :)

Saw your comment about updating...this is a huge outlet that I have been doing lately. Some days are better than other days thought :)

I am just laughing so hard because every time I read your blog I think to myself, "If I ever want to remember what Luke was doing at this age, I'll just read Meredith 's blog!" Luke and the dog stalk the pantry ... and he has figured out how to open the door, so now they go sit in there waiting for food.

That is Carter's favorite place too, except we have the pull down handles so he can open it himself- ugh! I too rearanged the pantry so that his food is on botom, so he will just point and yell for what he wants!!

Eleanor loves chilling by/in the pantry!! I think that probably explains why she is in the 95%... too much time spent tasting EVERYTHING we have to offer. Very good idea about reorganizing the shelves. I will have to do that over the break.

That is pretty smart making a shelf all for Reid- I need to look into doing that. Love it!
