Baker Girls Pic

I came across this picture from Christmas this year and I realized that I meant to post it to give a shout out to most of my cousins from the Baker side. (In this picture we are missing 3 more cousins). Growing up was so much fun being so close to my extended family - especially because we are all girls!!! For every holiday or special event, we'd get together at my Nana and Papa's and seriously just PLAY. Our dads are all brothers (the other cousins are the kids of the dads' sister), and so we have family videos of the dads playing basketball AROUND all of us as babies/toddlers/young kids riding bikes, motorized cars, scooters, etc. This is why I am clueless when it comes to boy stuff - I'm used to girl stuff!!!! I am the oldest and the only one married, and so Reid is the first great-grandchild, and very outnumbered as a boy, which means he gets treated like a PRINCE. We'll see what the future holds for the other great-grandkids - will these girls have baby girls or baby boys??

The first and last year of all of us in our twenties :( I'm holding on for another month.
Oldest to youngest: Me, Brittany, Natalie, Courtney, Brenna, Kristen, Mallory, Kinsey

Silly pic...

it's opposite in our family...my mom's sisters (she has no brothers) had ALL boys, so my sister and i were the only girls. talk about spoiled...it was great :-) until they all got married. ha! and out of all my boy cousins they have only had 2 girls themselves...and 9 boys! wonder what i will add to the mix?!

love that you have a cousin Kinsey...she even spells it the "right way" :-)

SO fun that you grew up so close with your cousins! I always wish that for Jagger (odds are NOT looking good though - NO siblings are married!!), because all of my cousins were scattered around the globe so I rarely saw them.

umm, am i right or wrong that the only ones TRULY making the silly gestures are you, and your sisters!!! I love that!!! :)

OH, and the cakeballs!! I made the strawberry cake/milk chocolate bakers dipping chocolate coating (SO GOOD), and the french vanilla cake with the candy coating from Hobby Lobby (GOOD, but I might have liked the milk choco even better??). nonetheless, they are dangerously yummy! thanks for the recipe!
