Mini-meatloaves (from Lindsay's blog)
Monday: Playgroup Mommy Dinner Night! Yay!!
Tuesday: One of my all time favorite recipes, Ritz Cracker Chicken (also known as Poppy Seed chicken) with rice and veggies
Wednesday: Tacos from last week that we never made
Thursday: Dinner at III Forks with some work friends! Yum!!!
Friday: Take-out
Saturday: Girls' Dinner at La Hacienda
Also, I've been meaning to post about this for 2 months, but Reid, for some reason, has started calling his pacies (does that look like another word to anybody? just me? oh well.), "Bobby." I have no idea where he got that, but there ya go! (We only use "Bobbies" during nap and at night...we plan on getting rid of them, oh I don't know, sometime before kindergarten! ha!)

I just laughed out loud that he calls them Bobbys...hysterical! And I am SO glad to hear you're trying the mini meat loaves....tell me how you like them!!! And thanks so much for your recipe for Saucy Chicken....I like that you can throw it all in the crockpot at one time and be done...can't WAIT to try that version!!!
Those recipes sound great! Yum! I have been needing some cooking ideas recently, so thanks for posting. I just can't seem to get into the Food Network recently...
Oh, and I just realized I never emailed you back about the side dish....YES, I love to serve mashed potatoes with the meatloaf...perfect! If I need a quick fix then I'll just do some green beans, but mashed potatoes makes it perfect! And then I'll do a bagged Caesar Lite salad...enjoy!
I too love that Poppyseed Chicken recipe. BTW - 'paci' is the word we used too. We got rid of A's a few months ago and it was ROUGH!!
I have been making those CL mini meatloaves ever since they were in the magazine. So good and so easy! Hope you enjoyed them! And congrats on the pregnancy!
I love that he calls them bobby! Too cute!
Great idea with the weekly menu! I'm always looking for new recipes too! I have a great one for Rotel Chicken - it's a family favorite here and I don't think I've met anyone who doesn't love it. Let me know if you're interested and I'll send it to you.
We tried the Ritz Cracker Chicken last night and it was great! Thanks for the recipe.
